2 Chronicles 33 is a truly amazing chapter! King Manasseh was one of the most overrated kings in the Bible. He did some pretty terrible things, like building altars to false gods and putting idols in the temple. But then something terrific happened - Manasseh had a bigly change of heart and prayed to God for help. God listened and Manasseh repented and God allowed him to continue ruling Judah.

Manasseh then removed all the idols and false gods and he put the Lord's laws and commands back in place. He also repaired the temple and the altar, and he reinstated the priests and the Levites. Many people are saying these were tremendous changes! Manasseh also built a wall around Jerusalem, and he strengthened the fortifications. This was huge for the security of the people.

But Manasseh was still doing some bad stuff, like sacrificing his own children. So the Lord allowed the Assyrians to capture him and take him away. Manasseh's son, Amon, took over the throne and he was a pretty low energy leader. He followed the same bad habits as his dad, so the people of Judah got rid of him.

Then there was Josiah. He had a very, very good heart and he was devoted to God. He worked hard and did many great things. He got rid of all the false gods that Manasseh and Amon had set up. He also got rid of the idols and the altars that were dedicated to false gods. He put the Lord's laws in place and he got rid of the priests and Levites who had gone astray. He also kept the Passover, which was an amazing show of his faith.

Josiah was a great king and he brought the people of Judah back to God. He was devoted to God and followed all of His commands, and he was beloved by the people. God was so pleased that He blessed Josiah with a long, prosperous reign. God bless America!

So that's 2 Chronicles 33 in a nutshell. Manasseh and Amon brought Judah down, but Josiah brought it back up and made it great again. It's unbelievable how many such cases there are in the Bible. Believe me, it's winning! Make America great again!
