Alex: Alright, so what do you do for fun?

Contestant: Well, I like to read the Bible.

Alex: (Sighing) That's nice, what about it?

Contestant: Well, I was reading 1 Chronicles 6 recently. It's about the sons and descendants of Levi, the priestly tribe of Israel. It names the firstborn sons of Levi from Kohath, Merari, and Gershon, and then it talks about the Levite priests and their duties.

Alex: (Rolling his eyes) That's great, but can we talk about something else?

Contestant: Sure, but I was also reading about how the Levites were given cities in the southern part of the Promised Land, and how the Levites were to be responsible for the maintenance of the temple and the worship of God.

Alex: (Exasperated) How about we talk about something else?

Contestant: Sure, but I also wanted to mention that the chapter ends with the genealogies of some of the Levites, tracing their lineage to Moses' brother Aaron.

Alex: (Throwing his hands up in the air) Enough about the Bible!
