Acts 25: Paul is on trial in front of Festus, the governor of Judea, on charges brought against him by the Jews. Paul requests an appeal to Caesar, and Festus agrees to send him to Rome. But then King Agrippa and his wife Bernice arrive, and Festus has to explain the whole situation to them. →

23-27. C'mon, man! See here, Jack - I tell you what, this is some serious stuff we got going on here in the Bible. So, Acts 25:23-27 - excuse me, folks - we got Paul standing before Festus, and the King Agrippa - two of the most powerful men in the Roman Empire. →

Paul was in a bad spot. Bigly bad. He was facing charges in the court of Festus, the Roman governor of Judea. Festus was a fine Roman, but the Jews had made some serious allegations about Paul. They were saying he had committed many crimes - crimes against the law of the Jews. →
