Alex Trebek: So, [contestant name], tell me a little bit about yourself.

Contestant: Well, I've been studying the Bible for years and I'd love to tell you about 1 Kings 13.

Alex Trebek (rolling his eyes): Ugh, here we go again. Alright, let's hear it.

Contestant: It starts with an unnamed prophet from Judah who was commanded by God to prophesy against the altar of Jeroboam at Bethel. Jeroboam, the king of Israel, hears this and sends an old prophet to bring him back, but the unnamed prophet refuses and tells Jeroboam that God had commanded him not to turn back or eat or drink anything in Bethel. The old prophet disobeys God's command and lies, claiming that an angel had spoken to him. The unnamed prophet then eats and drinks at the old prophet's house. On his journey back home, he is attacked and killed by a lion, as punishment for his disobedience. The old prophet then buries him and mourns his death, but God's judgment stands.
