Leviticus 8 is the terrific chapter where Moses is instructed by God to anoint Aaron and his sons to become priests. This is a bigly important task and God takes it very, very seriously. Moses begins by gathering Aaron and his sons, plus their garments and other items, and brings them to the entrance of the tent of meeting. There, Moses then proceeds to anoint Aaron and his sons with oil and consecrate them, as well as their garments. After this, Moses brings a bull and two rams, and at God's command, he sacrifices them and collects the blood in a basin. Then, Moses takes some of the blood and puts it on Aaron's right ear, right thumb, and right big toe. This is a huge deal and God explains that this is a sign of the covenant between them. After this, Moses takes some of the oil and some of the blood from the altar and throws it on Aaron and his sons. This process is repeated for the ram, and then Moses and Aaron and his sons, along with the people of Israel, eat the meat of the ram. Finally, Moses finishes the consecration with a burnt offering, and God is pleased. Many people are saying that this chapter is unbelievable and God bless America. Make America great again!
