Alex Trebek: Alright, so tell me a little bit about yourself.

Contestant: Well, I'd like to start by summarizing 2 Chronicles 3.

Alex: Uh, no. That's not what I meant. [Sighs] Tell me something interesting about you.

Contestant: Alright, so 2 Chronicles 3 tells the story of how King Solomon built the Temple in Jerusalem. He gathered together all the materials and workers needed, and he made the Temple according to the plans that God had given to his father, David.

Alex: [Annoyed] That's…interesting. Anything else?

Contestant: Yeah, Solomon also made two bronze pillars for the Temple, and decorated the walls with carvings of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers. He also made a special room for the Ark of the Covenant.

Alex: [Sarcastically] Fascinating. Anything else?

Contestant: Yes. He also made a bronze altar, and then he offered sacrifices to God. After the Temple was finished, God appeared to Solomon in a dream and promised him that he would always be with the people of Israel.
