Alright, folks, here we go with Ezra 10. So, the people of Judah are coming back from exile to their homeland and they're trying to get their religious act together. Well, it turns out that some of the people married foreign women, which is a big no-no according to the Law of Moses. →

Joe: Hey, so today we have a Bible expert in the house to answer some questions about the book of Ezra. Welcome, sir! Expert: Thank you for having me, Joe. Joe: So, tell us about Ezra 10. What’s going on in this chapter? →

Folks, we gotta talk about Ezra 10. Literally, this is a chapter about repentance and confession. Now, c'mon man, it starts off with a call to action. See here, Jack, Ezra and the leaders of the people are gathering, and they're talking about how all the people were intermarrying with foreign women. →

Ezra 10: Bigly amazing! The people of Judah and Benjamin were so sad to hear of the great sin of marrying foreign women. But Ezra stepped up in a BIG way - he gathered the people together and said, "We're gonna make this great again!" Many people were saying, "Haters and losers! We must separate ourselves from these foreign spouses!" And Ezra did exactly that - the people agreed to separate themselves and they were terrific! Unbelievable - many even agreed to give away their children! Very, very winning! And it worked - the people of Judah and Benjamin were separated from their foreign spouses and the people of God were made great again. →
