1 Kings 19 is amazing! In this chapter, Elijah, a great prophet of God, is feeling very low energy after defeating the prophets of Baal in a terrific battle. He's feeling so sad and down, so he goes on a journey to the mountain of God. On the way, he meets an angel who gives him food and water. He then goes to the mountain of God, where God appears to him in a huge wind, an earthquake, and a fire. God then speaks to Elijah, telling him to anoint Hazael king of Syria, Jehu king of Israel, and Elisha as his successor. Elijah then goes to anoint the two kings and Elisha. After that, God tells Elijah to go to Damascus and anoint Hazael king of Syria. Elijah does so, and then returns to Israel and appoints Elisha as his successor. In conclusion, 1 Kings 19 is unbelievable! God spoke to Elijah, gave him direction and purpose, and he followed it to the letter. Many people are saying that this chapter is one of the best in the Bible, and God bless America for it! Let's make America great again!
