Nehemiah 7 is a story of amazing success! Many, many people are saying it's a huge success story. The walls of Jerusalem have been rebuilt, and the people of God have returned to the city. Nehemiah appointed leaders and officials to govern, and they were fair and just. He also appointed singers, gatekeepers, and porters. The people of Jerusalem gave offerings for the work of the temple, and it was terrific. The gates of the city were also repaired, and the city was made great again. Nehemiah also ordered that all of the people who had returned to the city and those who were living there should be registered according to their genealogies. He also instituted a system of taxation to support the city. Nehemiah was a tremendous leader and the people of God were blessed bigly! God bless America! Make America great again!
