Alex Trebek: So, tell me about yourself.

Contestant: Well, let me tell you about Daniel 6 in the Bible.

Alex Trebek: (clears throat) Uh, yeah, I'm sure that's very interesting, but let's talk about something else.

Contestant: Well, alright. In Daniel 6, King Darius sets up 120 satraps to govern the kingdom, but he appoints Daniel as chief over them.

Alex Trebek: (rolls eyes) Yes, that's great, but let's move on.

Contestant: Anyway, the other satraps were jealous of Daniel's position and they tricked King Darius into signing an edict that said no one could pray to any God for 30 days.

Alex Trebek: (sighs) Go on.

Contestant: Daniel refused to obey the edict and continued to pray to God. As punishment, he was thrown into a den of lions, but God saved him from the lions. King Darius was so amazed that he made a decree that everyone in the kingdom had to reverence the God of Daniel.

Alex Trebek: (shaking his head) I can't believe this keeps happening to me.
