Alex Trebek: "Let's get to know our contestants. How about you, what do you do?"

Contestant: "Well, I'm an avid student of the Bible, so I'd like to tell you a little bit about the book of Daniel!"

Alex Trebek: "Oh, uh... that's nice. But, um, we don't really have time for that. So, what else do you do?"

Contestant: "Well, let me tell you about Daniel 2! In the second chapter of Daniel, King Nebuchadnezzar has a dream that no one can interpret. He orders all the wise men of Babylon to tell him what the dream means, but none can do it. He is so angry that he orders them all to be executed.

Alex Trebek: "Look, we don't have time for this. Can we move on?"

Contestant: "But then, Daniel comes to the rescue! He can interpret the dream and tells the king that it was a vision of a giant statue made of four metals: gold, silver, bronze and iron. Each metal represented a different kingdom that would rise and fall until the kingdom of God would be established.

Alex Trebek: "OK, that's enough of that. Let's talk about something else!"
