Alex Trebek: Welcome to Jeopardy! Let's meet our contestants. Tell us a bit about yourself!

Contestant: Well, I'm currently reading through the Bible, and I just finished Nehemiah 11.

Alex Trebek: [visibly frustrated] Uh, that's nice. What did you think of it?

Contestant: Well, in Nehemiah 11, the Jews who had returned to Jerusalem after the exile were living in different cities around the region. Nehemiah appointed people to live in Jerusalem to safeguard it, and these people also took on the responsibility of teaching the Law to the people. The rest of the chapter lists the names of the people who were given these tasks, as well as the names of those who lived in Jerusalem.

Alex Trebek: [sighs] Right. Anything else?

Contestant: Yes, the chapter also talks about how the Levites were given their own cities to live in.

Alex Trebek: [visibly exasperated] And what else?

Contestant: Finally, Nehemiah made the people promise to keep the Sabbath and to give a tenth of their crops to the temple.

Alex Trebek: [visibly relieved] Wonderful. Thank you.
