Contestant: Well, I'm a big fan of the Bible, so I thought I'd start with a summary of Micah 5.

Alex Trebek: (Tries to hide his frustration) Great! Uh, what is it about?

Contestant: In the chapter, it talks about how God will deliver the Israelites from their enemies and bring them back to their homeland. The chapter also foretells the coming of a ruler from Bethlehem who will be great and will shepherd the people of Israel with justice and righteousness.

Alex Trebek: (Unsuccessfully trying to change the subject) Interesting. Uh, so what do you like to do for fun?

Contestant: Well, I also like to read and study the Bible. For example, I'm currently reading through Genesis and learning about the creation of the world, God's covenant with Abraham, and the story of Joseph.
