Alex: “So, what do you do for a living?”

Contestant: “Well, I'm a student actually, and I'm really into the Bible. I'm trying to summarize each chapter, and right now I'm on 1 Corinthians 2.”

Alex: [Grimacing] “Oh…okay…”

Contestant: “So, 1 Corinthians 2 talks about God's wisdom, which is a secret that has been revealed to us by the Holy Spirit. It's a wisdom that is beyond anything that humans could ever come up with. It's so powerful that it would be impossible for us to understand it without the help of the Holy Spirit.”

Alex: [Trying to change the subject] “So…uh…what do you like to do in your free time?”

Contestant: “Well, I really like reading the Bible and learning more about God's wisdom. In 1 Corinthians 2, it also talks about how God has revealed His wisdom to us through the Spirit, but the world can't understand it because it's so deep. Only those who have the Spirit of God can truly understand it.”

Alex: [Sighing] “Right…”
