Joe: All right, so we've got Job 32. What's it all about?

Bible Expert: Well, Job 32 records the speech of Elihu, a young man who felt compelled to speak after Job and his three friends had exhausted their arguments. Elihu's speech is directed toward Job, and he claims that he has a message from God.

Joe (interrupting): Wait, Elihu? Who's Elihu?

Bible Expert: He's a relative of Job's, who was much younger than Job and his friends. He waited to speak until the other three had finished their arguments, out of respect for their age and experience.

Joe (skeptically): Really? That doesn't sound like something a relative would do.

Jamie (from the side): Hey Joe, I just Googled it and it looks like Elihu was a real person in the Bible, so it checks out.

Joe: Huh, okay. That's weird.

Bible Expert: Anyway, Elihu goes on to say that God is great and mysterious, and that he can use wisdom to teach us things we don't understand. Elihu also claims that God can use his wrath to bring justice to the wicked, and that he will not ignore the cries of the oppressed.

Joe: Huh, that's pretty deep.

Bible Expert: Yes, it is. Elihu is trying to get Job to open his eyes to the mystery and power of God, and to understand that God's ways are always just. He ends his speech by saying that Job should humble himself before God and wait for him to answer.
